2. It's 2 strips of bacon(panchetta or pastrami is also fine).
3. It's of Cheddar cheese.

6. You need of Garlic Pepper.

Sourdough Surprise instructions

1. Butter both sides of both slices of bread.
2. Heat your pan slightly, add a little butter to ensure that the bread doesn't stick.

4. Cut a hole into one of the slices of bread.
5. On one slice of bread, put your 3 cheese and pork of choice.
