- Prepare 2 cups of whole wheat flour.
- It's 4 tablespoons of oil.
- It's 1 tablespoon of active yeast.
- It's 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Prepare 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of salt.
- It's 1 cup of Water.
Whole Wheat bread instructions
- Proof your yeast by adding a Little lukewarm water to it.
- When proofed, switch container, add in the oil, more water, whole wheat flour, salt, sugar and mix untill soft and an elastic dough is achieved.
- Now sprinkle some wheat flour in a container, put the dough, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave to rise for 30 mins.
- After 30mins your dough should be double in size.
- Now Grease your pan with butter and put the dough in and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven and bake till golden brown.
- Remove bread from pan, use a brush to rub butter on the bread while its still hot. Enjoy!.
