Whole wheat multigrain bread step by step
- Take a bowl put yeast,sugar pour lukewarm water mix well leave 5mins for dissolve.
- Take a big bowl Steve whole wheat flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt,butter and yeast solution,milk powder mix well palm free kneaded doe.
- Transfer doe butter greased bowl close cloth leave 5 hour it will increase the size.
- Then take out make as bread shape give buttermilk wash ontop.
- Sprinkle all multigrains on top of bread roll on it transfer bread doe onto baking tray place oven set temperature 220degree @40mins.
- Then open up close cloth leave 1hour for chill and bread will set it then then ready to serve...best to have sandwich salad along with tea and multigrain bread.
