Ingredients of Whole Wheat FOCACCIA bread stuffed with herbed paneer, capsicum & cheese

  1. It's 1   ½ cups of Whole wheat flour.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of All purpose flour.
  3. It's 2 tbsps of wheat Vital gluten.
  4. Prepare 1 ½ tsps of Instant dry yeast.
  5. It's 1 tsp of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Sugar.
  7. You need 2 tbsps of Olive oil.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of Water.

  10. Prepare 2 tbsps of Olive oil.
  11. It's ½ tsp of Thyme.
  12. It's ½ tsp of Oregano.
  13. You need ½ tsp of Basil.
  14. You need ½ tsp of salt Coarse.

  16. Prepare ½ cup of Paneer ,grated.
  17. Prepare 1 nos of Capsicum ,   chopped finely.
  18. It's ½ cup of Cheddar cheese , grated.
  19. It's 1 tbsp of Mixed Italian herbs        ..
  20. It's ½ tsp of Salt.
  21. It's ½ tsp of White pepper powder.

Whole Wheat FOCACCIA bread stuffed with herbed paneer, capsicum & cheese step by step

  1. Mix yeast,sugar and warm water in bowl.
  2. Let it rest for 5-7 mins or till its foamy.
  3. In a big bowl mix together flour  salt and wheat gluten.
  4. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture,add yeast mixture and olive oil.
  5. Knead the dough.
  6. Transfer the dough on flat lightly floured working surface and knead with the heels of the hand till the dough is soft(8-10 mins).
  7. Transfer the dough on oiled bowl.cover with cling film and keep it in warm place for an hour or till its size is doubled.
  8. Mix together all the ingredients for stuffing and keep it aside..
  9. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
  10. Take out the dough and gently deflate it.
  11. Divide the dough in two equal parts.
  12. Roll out each dough ball into circle around 7-8 inches.
  13. Place one rolled dough on greased baking sheet.
  14. Place the stuffing on the dough evenly till ½ - inch forms an edge.
  15. Put another rolled dough on the top of the first one and seal the edges.
  16. Cover the focaccia with clean towel or greased plastic wrap and let it rest for another 30-45 mins.
  17. Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees.
  18. Uncover the focaccia and gently make the dimples with your fingers on it.
  19. Put the seasoning on the top of it and sprinkle with coarse salt on it.
  20. Bake the focaccia for 20-25 mins, until its golden brown.
  21. Serve warm......
