- Take wheat flour in a bowl,add oil and salt.Add yeast mixture.Mix to combine well Add water to make a sticky dough.Transfer the dough on a flat surface.Knead for 5 minutes..
- Put dough in a greased bowl,cover and put in a warm place for 2 hours..
- After 2 hours dough is risen to double.Punch and remove air from the dough.Knead and fold..
- Repeat the process for 2 more times and make a log like structure..
- Grease a 3"×8"baking tin.Transfer the log into baking tin.Cover and leave for 30 minutes..
- Dough is risen,brush with milk.Sprinkle all 5 seeds over the log..
- Preheat an oven to 180°c for 10 minutes.Bake the bread for 25 minutes..
- Cool and cut into slices.Serve..
