- Marinade Chicken with lemon juice for 10'. In a large wok with 1/2 cup of oil, heated, add the chicken pieces and stir fry. Browned on both side, don't overcook and then remove, drain, set aside. Steam Potatoes for 20'. Remove set aside..

- Discard the lemon leaves. Scoop out the soup onto a large deep bowl. To serve with a bowl of steamed Jasmine rice or with Bread Rolls.
